Amban Banana
The “Banana Amban” is also called the “Elephant” banana due to its size. It is a very large and long banana, which is rather floury in consistency. The taste of the Amban Banana is full-bodied, fruity-sweet and aromatic banana-like.

Kolikuttu Banana
Kollikutu banana, with its distinctive taste reminiscent of vanilla and a delicate, aromatic, and sweet profile with a hint of tropical freshness. Its individual bananas, measuring around 15cm in length, are known for their exquisite flavor. Bananas contain fiber, potassium, and antioxidants, such as vitamin C. Eating Bananas can help lower blood pressure and may reduce the risk of cancer.

Mangosteen
Mangosteen, known as "Mangos" in Sinhala, is a prized and exotic tropical fruit found in some regions of Sri Lanka. Mangosteen is often hailed as the "queen of fruits" due to its exceptional taste and unique appearance. To access the edible part, you need to break open the hard shell. Inside, you'll find a dark, aromatic pulp with a sweet, tangy, and slightly sour flavor.

Cantaloupe
Cantaloupe is a popular tropical melon variety cultivated in Sri Lanka. Cantaloupes have a round to oval shape and feature a ribbed, net-like skin with a pale green to orange hue. The ripe fruit is characterized by its sweet, tender, and succulent orange flesh.

Durian

Ripe Jackfruit
Ripe Jackfruit, known as "Varaka" in Sinhala, is a tropical fruit that is highly esteemed when it reaches its ripe and sweet stage. Jackfruit ripens, its green and spiky exterior turns into a yellow or orange color. The fruit becomes soft and tender, and the individual arils (fleshy pods) can be easily separated from the core.

Ceylon Olive (Veralu)

Flacourtia Inermis, commonly known as "Lovi" in Sinhala, is a tropical fruit tree that produces small, berry-like fruits. Lovi fruits are small, typically less than an inch in diameter, and have a round to oval shape. They range in color from green to red or purple when ripe.
